Simply purchase the Unlimited Delivery Pass via your basket. Once confirmed, your account will activate the free delivery option.

How fast is delivery?
Our standard is 1-2 working days mainland UK, with dispatch the same day when you order by 2pm Mon-Fri. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Can I upgrade to faster delivery?
Yes. At checkout you’ll have the option to upgrade to Next Day delivery.

Can I cancel the pass?
Only if you haven’t used it (i.e., no free-delivery orders placed). We don’t offer partial refunds for used passes.

Are any products excluded?
The pass includes all items that can be shipped via Royal Mail. Spirits receive over 50% discount on the usual rate for Express Tracked Dispatch. Some restricted items requiring courier delivery (e.g., certain accessories like lighters*) may incur a separate charge even with the pass - but you’ll always see the correct delivery option at checkout.
