After having cause to report a damaged cigar in a pack of Backwoods Caribe, I was pleasantly surprised by the no quibble replacement, the chatline operator replaced the whole pack of five as the cigars are not sold separately, not only that but the replacement arrived the very next morning. That is the sort of service that is rare in this day and age, very impressive.

Outstanding presentation, I used to buy from Smoke King but my friend uses Cgars and they really don’t disappoint from range to price they won’t be beaten, they also chucked in a free cutter (who doesn’t like a freebie?) easy to communicate also for support if needed, keep up the fantastic work Cgars looking forward to my next order already!

I have visited the Cgars whisky and cigar bar, St James branch, on a number of occasions. The staff are absolutely incredible, so welcoming and helpful. They make you as comfortable as can be, offer refreshments, followed by a cigar of your choice, a complimentary whisky and snacks. The atmosphere is brilliant with background jazz music. Particular mention has to be made of the staff, in no particular order, Sam, Petra and Ameesh. I was fortunate in being there at the same time as the 'Boss' Mitchell who was an excellent host. If you need a cigar or a whisky sampling, I cannot recommend this venue highly enough. I will certainly be returning in the near future.
Massive choice of products, many of which are not available anywhere else in the UK. Prices are VERY competitive and the turnaround between ordering and delivery is incredibly quick. Website is very user friendly.
