The cigars we ordered were really well packaged and delivered extremely quickly. Still perfectly fresh, they smoked wonderfully, with a consistent burn, and no flaking wraps etc.

I just want to personally say thank you for your kind gesture of good will. We have only ever used Cgars.com for our orders (weather its buying me a gift or me treating myself to a small stash) and we have never had a bad experience. It was only 2 weeks ago that i ordered the exact same five cigars and they were absolutely perfect, especially the Leon Jimenes and the Qourum, i guess this was just a one off. Bought an online voucher worth £55 that was on special offer for £50. I am on a tight budget so these discounts do come in useful in the course of a year. The process was quick and easy.
